1. The consultant offers his knowledge through a meeting with the client.

2. The client pays consulting fee and travelling expense to the consultant.

3. The client offers the meeting place free of charge.

4. The language used in the meeting is Japanese or English.

5. The consultant does not bear the liability of any result of the client's decision after the consulting.

6. The consultant strictly keeps the content of meeting confidential.

Service area (meeting site):

-Japan, Korea, The Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Singapore, France, Germany, Switzerland and U. K.
(After 1 January, 2018, the area will be limited within Japan and Korea.)
If one of the following persons attends the consultant's travel, the meeting site is free from the area limitation:
-Members of CIRP
-Past members of Masuzawa Lab. at the University of Tokyo.

Payment:

1. Consulting fee:
-In Japan: See Japanese page.
-In other countries: 150,000 Japanese yen per one time of meeting with the duration within 4 hours.

2. Travelling cost:
-In Japan: See Japanese page or ask the detail referring the page of Ordering and Inquiry.
-In other countries: Travelling cost consists of transportation cost from Narita International Airport or Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport) to the place of meeting and 30,000 Japanese yen that covers the cost for two nights of lodging including additional costs.

3. Payment:
-The client is requested to pay the total cost in cash (JPY or equivalent Euro or US dollar) or by money transfer.
-The estimation of the transportation cost will be issued in advance.
